Privacy Policy

QESTLY — ONE LEGEND A DAY

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Questly is built with your privacy in mind. We keep things simple: the app stores your progress on your own device and does not collect personal information about you. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Who We Are

Questly ("the app", "we", "us") is an educational app that teaches users about legendary historical figures through daily stories, quizzes, and a collectible card system. This policy applies to the Questly iOS application.

Information We Do Not Collect

Questly does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the app.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Information Stored On Your Device

Your progress in Questly — including your experience points (XP), streaks, completed legends, saved items, and collection — is stored locally on your device only. This information stays on your phone and is not transmitted to us or to any server.

If you delete the app, this locally stored progress is removed from your device.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Questly offers optional premium subscriptions. Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to verify and manage subscription status. RevenueCat may process a non-personal, randomly generated identifier and your subscription transaction information in order to confirm whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details. You can read RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

External Links

Questly may contain links to external web pages, such as our image credits and attribution page. These pages are opened in your device's browser and are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

Children's Privacy

Questly is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app does not collect personal information from any user. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Your Rights

Because Questly does not collect personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on our side. Any data the app stores lives on your own device and is fully within your control — you can remove it at any time by deleting the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
